Need Mike to fix something on your computer?
Just follow these 3 easy steps — it takes about 2 minutes.
Click the big blue button below. Your computer will download a small program.
⬇ Download Mike's HelperIt usually lands in your Downloads folder, or shows up at the top-right corner of this window.
Find Mikes-Helper.exe in your downloads and double-click it. Then:
• A small window from Mike will appear — click OK, then wait a moment.
• If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this app to make changes?" — click Yes.
• If you see a button that says Install or Accept and Install — click it.
A window will open showing a number under "Your Desktop" — something like 123 456 789.
Call or text Mike and read him that number. That's it — you're done!
When Mike connects, a message will pop up on your screen — click Accept. Mike takes care of everything else.
You don't need any of the above! Just call Mike using FaceTime, then tap the screen → tap the person icon with a rectangle → Share My Screen. Mike can see your screen and talk you through it.
